Getting on Track – Practical Self-hypnosis 

Mondays, May 18th – June 15 – 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

This six-week program will help you learn practical and powerful hypnotic and intentional tools to calm your mind and set clear intentions into motion in your life.

This is an online class via Zoom.

We will begin with learning how to conscously shift towards a healthy natural trance within you with self-hypnosis techniques.  Very similar to the experience of meditation, self-hypnosis allows you to bring an intentionality into your inner life.  Then we will look at the practical applications of the hypnotic 'trance' state to our daily lives. We can use hypnosis to regulate or emotional and physical well-being, to achieve and clarify specific goals and practices, as well as release old, negative mental programs and challenging emotional states.
