Walking and counting down...

Sometimes when I'm stressed, I make a point of going out and walking. But, an important part of it, what makes it real effective for me, is to get out of my mental space.
I do that by focusing on my steps, the feeling of walking and my feet hitting the ground.
Then, as I'm walking I begin counting, every other step, or every fourth breath... some rhythm.
