I think there are many more permutations to include in this poll. I think it's a little simplistic. What is Spiritual and physical for example. It's interesting though...

I used to experience life primarily physically. Now that I am disabled spiritual has taken on a new meaning for me. It no longer means hiking up MT Ascension, sitting on top and feeling grateful for all that I saw. Now spirituality to me means accepting my body for what it is going at that particular moment. That is a huge challenge for me - taking the time to really tell myself, "I am in pain. And, I am okay". Spirituality is even more important to me now. It is also more difficult to access.
Thanks to Patrick for working with me on this journey. I am grateful he is willing to share his gifts with me and with our community.
Too simplistic?
