NVC retreat - Ben Lomond, CA

I'm just back in Montana after spending a week on the Central California coast at a Nonviolent Communication retreat. (NVC) I've recently started delving more deeply into NVC as it is closely aligned with a lot of work I already do, especially around assessing feelings and needs and being aware what we're feeling and validating ourselves.
Language of Spirit Conference 2007

I just received the brochure for this years Language of Spirit Conference in Albuquerque. This is hosted by Seed University. Two years ago I attended this conference and had a great time with the dialogue and meeting with Native Elders and scientists. I also met Lee Nichol and James O'dea at this conference. James will be at this year's conference too!
Anger Fuels Better Decisions

Elkhorn Field Trip completed!

This last weekend we had a very beautiful field trip to Elkhorn Creek in Central Montana visiting a prehistoric pictograph site. Six of us spent a very mellow, sensory rich day tuning in with our intentions. You can read the summary and see some photos.
