May/June Events

Greetings everyone,

Well, it's already May and it certainly is Spring with all the sun, wind, rain, snow and everything in between! I hope you're finding ways to stay self-connected and not too busy! And I hope you take a moment now and then to feel grateful for the blessings you have been given in your life:

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. — Albert Schweitzer

Here's a list of upcoming events that I'm offering or involved with. For the first time, I'm offering a meditation class starting in May. I will be sharing research and hands on practices from my almost 30 years of personal practice and research. Come and join me!

I hope to see you somewhere out and about, and feel free to pass this message along to anyone you know who may be interested.

Warm regards,

Patrick
