This is a fairly straightforward, but profound tool.
- First. Simply become aware of the flow of the breath in and out of your body. Feel the sense of it as it expands and contracts your belly and chest.
- Second. As you continue breathing, imaging your breath is flow in through your heart on each inhale and exhale, as if there were a doorway for the breath opening through that area of your body.
- Third. Bring to mind something or someone you love. See them, hear them, imagine you are sharing your space with them.
- Fourth. Enjoy the warmth of lovin, heart energy spreading through your body, and calming and centering your mind.
