Mutual Hypnosis General Information

Mutual Hypnosis for friends, couples, lovers, and anyone wanting to deepen a relationship and their capability to enter deep trance states.

Mutual hypnosis is a process whereby two people alterately guide each other into a mutually shared state of hypnosis. In this shared state of trance, new ways of communicating are developed that allow more intimacy and honesty. Mutual hypnosis has been shown to be very conducive to deepening connections between two people and allowing them to build a stronger relationship. I'm very excited about this class since it is a way for us to explore our consciousness and gain very valuable, tangible results.

For those of you who have learned self-hypnosis, this class will be an opportunity to go deeper with your partner. If you haven't experienced hypnosis before, that's ok too, the process of mutual hypnosis also allows a person to quickly learn hypnotic skills. I don't have dates for this class yet, but it will be some time after the new year. This class is not about couples therapy for troubled relationships. You need to be on solid ground with your partner or friend, and want to take your relationship to the next level. Let me know if you are interested in participating in this as space will be limited.

One other thought, mutual hypnosis is something we do naturally anytime we share a meaningful space or experience with another person. We blend each other's energies and awareness and find it highly rewarding and even profound. This class will give you an awareness of how to do that intentionally.

This class will include hypnosis basics such as:
