CD #3 - Stream with Beats and Chime

This recording is identical to Number 2 with one addition. It also has a chime which occurs at random intervals to be part of an awareness practice. For example, each time the chime occurs you can observe what thought processes are occurring.

This recording contains one track, 72 minutes long. It has continuous stream sounds over a changing base of binaural beat frequencies. The frequencies are designed to initially `lead' brainwaves from beta, down through alpha into theta. Then they become variable, encouraging flexibility between these states. This is followed by a gradual returning to beta at the end. Throughout there is a chime at random intervals. This is intended to be used as part of an awareness practice, to develop awareness of thought processes, sensory awareness or other experiences.
