About IWR and Patrick Marsolek

About Inner Workings Resources

Patrick Marsolek is an author, teacher, facilitator, and director of Inner Workings Resources.

I am currently focusing on intuitive research and practice, including teaching Remote Viewing and Self-hypnosis workshops, exploring trance, writing and researching on consciousness and leading field trips to ancient sites in Montana. I am also continuing to work with an archaeologist on archaeological sites with intuitives. (Read about Intuitive Archaeology.)

Though I've been actively involved in my own consciousness exploration for 20 years, it is through my connection with Raymond Worring that my interests expanded to include intuition, archaeology and geology, and anomalous phenomena. Ray co-authored the books: Psychic Criminology, Forensic Hypnosis, and Travel Safely. I worked with Ray from 1991 to 1998 and am grateful for the numerous people that he introduced me to and the many ways he sparked my own path of exploration. It is my understanding that the search for inner knowledge, the workings of the subconscious and spirit dovetails with the search for our past and our evolution towards the future. The inner and outer discovery are highly complementary.

My work with the Inner Workings Resources (which began as the Investigative Research Field Station) represents a combination of many personal interests, as well as a natural extension of my own spiritual quest. The human Relations and Life Skills that I bring to the IWR include: research development and implementation, including archival research processes and computer databasing; spiritual development and personal growth processes; professional musician - use of sound, toning and music to facilitate the techniques of personal growth; accomplished craftsman - woodworking, metalworking , ceramics, textiles, and lapidary; facilitator of men's groups - using council techniques, drumming and vocalization. I've also been teaching Argentine Tango classes in Helena and Great Falls. Yes, another fun passion!
See TangoHelena.com.

I have written Transform Yourself: a self-hypnosis manual (see video interview), some articles on spirituality and consciousness, and recently, A Joyful Intuition. I also have a series of instructional Argentine Tango videos. I also have a set of 9 audio cds which I've produced on self-hypnosis, relaxation, and visualization techniques.

Other Current Interests and Activities:

I have been in private practice in Helena for the last 9 years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I've also been seeing clients in Great Falls almost weekly for the last year and a half. I volunteer with Hospice in Helena professionally; offering my hypnosis services for such things as anxiety, sleep issues, pain control, emotional issues and the transition to death. I also offer my services every year to the Women Power retreat at the Feathered Pipe Ranch near Helena, Montana, for women with AIDS.

I offer presentations to different organizations and the public on self-empowerment, stress relief, relaxation, etc. I've also been leading longer transformational retreats. These three- to four-day workshops have given participants an opportunity to go deeper into personal exploration, intuition, working with trance and personal transformation, rhythm and music and working with landscapes. I usually do one or two of these longer retreats every year.

Recently I've been adding in communication and dialogue skills. I hosted and helped facilitate an intensive retreat on Bohmian Dialogue in Helena with Lee Nichol and have been studying Nonviolent Communication techniques for groups and individuals. I am incorporating these skills into my private practice and workshops.
