I hope you're enjoying the beautiful spring weather and increasing light! And I hope you get out and enjoy the world waking up!

Here's a list of classes and events I'll be offering in the next month. As always, feel free to pass this info. along to others you know who may be interested.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my website. You can check it out, and as always, find my books, cds, classes and other activities there.

Also, I'm still trying to get the word out about my Hypnotherapy practice in Missoula. I do have an office downtown and am seeing clients there as well as in Helena. So, if you know people who would be interested in my services, please let them know.

Come to practice and learn to use Nonviolent Communication. This weekly group provides an opportunity to give and recieve empathy, do role play with challenging or stressful life situations, and practice the fundamentals of NVC.

 

 Upcoming Tango Classes and Events

• Missoula Tango Connections with Patrick & Lori – New series starting on April 11th
  Tango Connection – An all levels tango class taught by Patrick Marsolek and Lori Mitchell. You can learn Argentine Tango, a highly personal and expressive social dance that can be danced to many different styles of music. It all starts with walking! Walk into a playful, fun, exploration of this exciting, improvisational dance.

• Helena Tango Classes with Grace and Patrick 
  Beginning level two classes. Our regular 6-week series starting April 19th. See website for more info.  

• Murat and Michelle Erdemsel – Tango workshop in Helena – April 13th – 15th
  This is the major guest instruction workshop for TangoHelena for the year. Come join us and have lots of fun dancing!
  Whole weekend will be at the historic Windsor Ballroom in the Ironfront Hotel. Grand milonga on Saturday evening.
